Example: 30 Day Advance Purchase Non-Refundable, deposits only, etc – can be collected and managed per booking rule – this can all be completed in an automated way with full audit trails.

2. Increase conversion and reduce risk. There are varying levels of this service such as automated decline follow ups, fraud alerts etc..
Example: Where there is a declined payment, TEAMS can automatically chase the customer for payment. TEAMS can also manage multiple payments for a single booking.

3. Payment Receipts – customized to reflect your Hotel branding with opportunity to add further promotion/marketing messages.

4. Payments are managed automatically and TEAMS will support you when faced with a chargeback, by providing documented payment, payment receipt and email audit trails for your bank.

5. A Daily activity report email with a Excel workbook attachment containing up to 7 spreadsheets detailing all the previous day’s automated booking and payment activities.

6. TEAMS manages your payment gateways and ensures payment rules are managed automatically.
